Information / Ticket Counter
For performances indicated in the concert calendar, bookings may be made in person at the Muza Kawasaki Symphony Hall Ticket Counter (located on the 4th floor of the Muza Kawasaki building) from 10:00 to 19:00, or by phone to 044-520-0200 from 10:00 to 18:00. For other performances, please enquire as indicated at the bottom of the information about each concert.
Cloak room
It located in the left side of the hall lobby and a large bag, coat etc. can be left there, therefore enjoy the concert in comfort. Please leave your umbrella at the umbrella stand outside of the hall entrance (Kanki no Hiroba).
Gift Shop
Located in the right side back of the hall lobby, this shop offers a variety of goods related to music and Kawasaki.
Nursery Service
An on-site babysitting service is available for performances with in the concert calendar. (Application in advance is required. Please call 0120-788-222 during weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00)
Drink Bar
Drink bar serves alcoholic beverages, as well as soft drinks and sandwiches. It located on 2nd floor.

"Sky walk" the Mural painted by Taro Okamoto
Displayed in the 2nd floor foyer is a magnificent mural "Sora no Sanpo (Sky walk) " by Taro Okamoto, a native of Kawasaki.
An open space "Kanki no Hiroba" stretches before an elegant glass wall. The opening fanfare of Festa Summer Muza Kawasaki would be performed here every year.
Street Organ
In addition to signaling the door opening times of performances, the Street Organ, built by Deleica in Germany, would be performed.
